Xolo was named, of course, in honor of the Xoloitzcuintle, one of our favorite creatures, the dogs that, according to pre-Hispanic beliefs, guided the souls of the dead on their journey to the afterlife.
Our Xolo is a coffee that combines traditional flavours from the Coatepec region with more exotic and fruity notes. On the one hand, it is a coffee for all tastes; on the other, it offers much more than you imagine. A bit like the discreet Xoloitzcuintle...
We don't expect this coffee to take you to the underworld, but it will definitely take you from morning to evening with a smile! ;)
