Dear coffee family,

Meet the new Teporingo – Summer Edition 2026!

For those who don't know, teporingos, also called volcano rabbits, are rare and elusive creatures that live at very high altitudes. Unfortunately, very few remain in the wild.

We felt this name was the perfect fit for our newest coffee, as it reflects the exceptional rarity of the quality that our friends, producers Gabriel Orduña and Mary Palmeros, achieved with this lot. The cupping score of 88.25 speaks for itself.

This Gesha, grown high in the mountains at Finca El Rincón, will delight you with its beautifully balanced sweetness and acidity. Its notes of chocolate and ripe fruit are the result of a prolonged fermentation the coffee underwent before it was dried in the cherry. In this cup, the bold character of the natural process comes together with the elegance and refinement of the Gesha variety.

It is a charming coffee—wonderfully sweet and easy to enjoy on any occasion. As you sip it, imagine a fluffy little rabbit grazing in volcanic meadows, and we are sure it will brighten your day! ;)
