We're delighted to introduce the new incarnation of Cuautotol – Summer Edition 2026.
This coffee is grown high in the mountains of Zongolica, Veracruz, by María Azucena, a young producer with a true passion for coffee.
This lot is a semi-washed coffee that undergoes a carefully controlled double fermentation—first in the cherry, then again after pulping. The result is a clean, sweet cup with notes of chocolate, hazelnut, caramel, and honey, complemented by a juicy acidity.
With every cup, you're tasting the dedication and hard work of a new generation of coffee producers. We're sure you're going to love it!
